MS Paintbrush is included with all Windows operating systems. It supports Bitmap, Jpeg and Gif format picture files. To load our Jpeg image into Paintbrush proceed as follows;
From the FILE menu select OPEN.
Then, in the Open dialogue box set the filetype to JPEG.Locate the downloaded Sailtales file, click on it then click on Open.
